"25 Years on the Front Lines—Watching God Raise Up Mighty Men"​

​Apart from Jesus Christ, none of this would be possible.

​

Every breakthrough. Every transformed life. Every man who rises from defeat to victory. Every Impact Group that multiplies across this nation. It's all His work. His power. His glory.

​

I'm just honored beyond measure to stand shoulder to shoulder with men God is calling to be mighty warriors.

​

MY CALLING: SERVE THE MEN GOD SENDS

​

For 25 years, I've had the privilege of serving men on the front lines—not from a safe distance, not from behind a desk, but in the trenches where real battles are fought and real transformation happens.

​

I've led Impact Groups with men who:

​

• Felt defeated by addiction but found freedom in Christ

• Fought alone for years but discovered the power of brotherhood

• Were passive in their faith but became dangerous for the Kingdom

• Didn't know their identity but rose up as mighty men of valor

• Led no one but became generals raising up other warriors​

​

This is what sets my heart on fire—watching God take ordinary men and make them extraordinary for His glory. Not because of anything I did. Not because I'm special. But because when men surrender to Christ, get trained with His Word, and lock shields with brothers, God moves with unstoppable power.

​

THE HEART OF A WARRIOR-PASTOR

​

I lead with what I call "the heart of a general on the front lines."

​

I don't sugarcoat the battle. I don't water down the Word. I don't coddle men or lower the standard.

​

But I also don't abandon them.

​

I fight beside them. I pray over them. I speak truth when they need it. I extend grace when they fall. I celebrate their victories. I hold them accountable. I believe in who God says they are—even when they don't believe it themselves.

​

This is what a warrior-pastor does: He serves men by leading them into battle, training them to win, and deploying them to advance the Kingdom.

​

WHAT I'VE LEARNED IN 25 YEARS

​

Here's what I know for certain after a quarter-century of frontline ministry:

​

1. Men are hungry for truth—real, uncompromising, battle-tested truth.

They're tired of religious fluff. They want the Word of God applied to the battles they're actually fighting

​

2. Men can't fight alone.
Isolation is the enemy's most effective weapon. But when men lock shields in brotherhood, they become unstoppable.

​

3. Transformation happens in the context of discipleship.
Not sermons alone. Not programs. But life-on-life training where men are challenged, held accountable, and deployed into mission.

​

4. Every man has a warrior inside—but most were never trained.
They don't need more information. They need a battle plan. They need weapons. They need brothers. They need a general who believes in them.

​

5. When God's men rise up, everything changes.

Families are restored. Churches are ignited. Communities are transformed. The Kingdom advances.

This is why I do what I do. This is why I wrote Blueprints for Mighty Men. This is why I'm calling men to start Impact Groups across this nation.

​

IT'S NOT ABOUT ME—IT'S ABOUT THEM

 

Let me be clear: I'm not the hero of this story.

​

The heroes are the men who:

​

• Showed up broken but refused to stay defeated

• Confessed their struggles instead of hiding in shame

• Chose brotherhood over isolation

• Embraced their identity as mighty men of God

• Got trained, got equipped, and got deployed

• Became the husbands their wives were praying for

• Became the fathers their children needed

• Became the leaders their churches were waiting for

• Became the warriors the Kingdom was calling them to be

​

These are my heroes. These are the men I live to serve.

​

And every time I see another man rise up—every time I watch a marriage restored, a son following his father's faith, a church awakened by mighty men—I'm reminded why this calling is worth every sacrifice.

​

MISSION MIGHTY MEN (M-3): THE VISION​

 

Mission Mighty Men exists for one purpose: To awaken, equip, and deploy mighty men across the nation through Impact Groups.

​

We're not building an organization. We're building an army.

​

An army of men who:

​

• Know their identity in Christ

• Are trained with battle-tested weapons

• Fight in brotherhood, not isolation

• Advance God's Kingdom across every sphere of culture

• Multiply by raising up other mighty men

​

This is the movement God is raising up. And you're being called to be part of it.

​

MY COMMITMENT TO YOU

​

Let me end where I started: "Apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5).

​

Every transformed man. Every restored marriage. Every Impact Group that multiplies. Every breakthrough. Every victory.

​

It's all Him.

​

But because of Christ, "I can do all things through Him who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).

Apart from Him—we are powerless. With Him—we are unstoppable.

​

I'm just a servant—grateful, humbled, and honored to be used by the King of Kings to raise up His army.

​

And now He's calling you.

​

Not because you're perfect. Not because you have it all together. But because you're willing to rise up, gather brothers, and fight for the Kingdom.
